Mental Health Awareness Week 2022
Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 is taking place between 9th May and 15th May. Qwell provide a number of resources specifically for the week.
The theme for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is loneliness. Loneliness is something we can all experience from time to time, and it is different for everyone. Supporting people in recognising when they are feeling lonely, understanding their thoughts and feelings, and identifying the supportive connections they have, is really important.
Exam Stress and Anxiety
Training videos providing a basic introduction to mental health and psychological first aid
A script/conversational guide for supporting people through emotional distress, to support professionals and volunteers who may be contacting vulnerable people or people in states of emotional distress
