Children and Young People’s Navigation Hub

The Children and Young People’s Navigation Hub supports professionals to identify appropriate support for children and young people. It brings together partners from education, health, voluntary sector and early help services to improve access to advice, support, assessment and intervention. The Hub provides a single referral route into a range of partner agencies. Referrals are considered by professionals at a multi-agency meeting to agree the most appropriate support for the child or young person.

The Hub aims to make it easier for professionals, schools, children, young people and families to understand local support options and access the right pathway at the right time. It also helps to reduce barriers to mental health and emotional wellbeing support by improving awareness of existing services and routes into care.

Who can use the Navigation Hub?

The Navigation Hub is currently available for children and young people from Gloucester City schools and Rosebank Health who need support with mental health, emotional wellbeing, education or other related needs. Referrals can be made by school-based professionals, GPs and other professionals at eligible GP surgeries.
