British Values and Protected Characteristics in Primary Education
Are You Ready for the New Ofsted Expectations?
Embedding British Values and Protected Characteristics in Your School
A One-Day Training for Senior Leaders and PSHE Leads
With new Ofsted inspection guidance, schools must show how they are embedding British Values and the nine Protected Characteristics across the whole curriculum and school culture.
“No matter what type of school they attend, it is important that all children gain an understanding of the world they are growing up in, and learn how to live alongside, and show respect for, a diverse range of people.” – Ofsted, 2025
This practical, high-impact training will help you turn expectations into action and ensure your school is confident, compliant, and inspection-ready.
In This Interactive Day, You Will:
- Clarify where British Values and Protected Characteristics fit within your Personal Development and RSHE curriculum
- Understand what Ofsted are looking for under the new inspection guidance
- Discover effective, high-quality resources to support delivery
- Network and share best practice with colleagues from other schools
- Create your own Action Plan to strengthen provision and evidence impact
Perfect for Senior Leaders and PSHE Leads to attend together if possible, ensuring joined-up thinking and a robust whole-school approach. Please bring a laptop.
Empower your team. Strengthen your provision.
Be ready to show Ofsted how your school lives its values.
