HSE 'Talking Toolkit' - Preventing Work-Related Stress in Schools – this is a toolkit for school leaders to facilitate conversations with employees about work-related stress. The questions cover areas of the HSE management standards (demands, control, support, relationships, role, change) with suggestion on what should be happening to meet the standards.
